The purpose of this warranty is to guarantee that the purchased product will come to you completely, correctly and ready for installation before installation and to guarantee that it will continue to heat for many years without loss of performance.

Our automation system starts your specific warranty period for the product you purchased by recording your customer information and invoice. We kindly ask our valued customers to take photos showing the location of your heaters, show the connections made, and the ohm tests performed by the electrician, especially during the installation phase, and share them on whatsapp 0532 662 9792 or in the support area at the bottom right of our site. These images will be stored in your customer records and will be used to better serve you when needed.

 

SafeMax 20 Years Warranty

  • SafeMax 20 Years Warranty is valid for indoor HomeMax T2Max heating cables and EasyMat heating mats installed by our authorized Promax dealers.
  • Your warranty period starts automatically with the product invoice.
  • Scope of Warranty: It means that T2Max heating cables and EasyMat heating mats used in your heating system and produced by Heatingx are under warranty against manufacturing faults. Heatingx; During the warranty period, your support requests will be provided free of charge by the technical support team and the authorized Promax dealer responsible for your region.

SafeMax 10 Year Warranty

  • Isıx offers a 10-year warranty for TMaxPro, T2MaxPro, HMax series heating cables and ProMat, RoofMat heating mats used in outdoor under-concrete and roof heating applications.
  • Your warranty period starts automatically with the product invoice.
  • Warranty Coverage: Heatingx; Within the warranty period (10 years), your support requests will be provided free of charge by the technical support team and the authorized Promax dealer responsible for your region.
  • The current service charges will be invoiced to our customers, although the services continue as they are out of the warranty scope or period.

 

SafeMax 5 Years Warranty

  • Heatingx offers a 5-year warranty for T2Max, EasyCold, HMax, SMax, TMaxPro heating cable and EasyMat, ProMat heating mat products used for industrial heating applications (PipeMax Category) and underground heating applications for the greenhouse industry (GreenMax).
  • Your warranty period starts automatically with the product invoice.
  • Warranty Coverage: Heatingx; Within the warranty period (5 years), your support requests will be provided free of charge by the technical support team and the authorized Promax dealer responsible for your region.
  • The current service charges will be invoiced to our customers, although the services will continue as they are out of warranty.

 

SafeMax 2 Year Warranty

  • Ekoline, Proline, Maxline series Control Panels, prepared by Heatingx in accordance with the project, have a 2-year free part replacement guarantee.
  • FlexMax Series Industrial Heat Jackets produced by Isimx have a 2-year free repair and free replacement guarantee.
  • FlexMax Series Cabin Type Heaters designed by Isıx have a 2-year free repair and free spare parts warranty.
  • The digital thermostat, connection accessories and mounting equipment supplied by Heatingx for use in heating systems have a 2-year free replacement warranty.
  • Carbon film heaters supplied by Isimx for underfloor heating applications have a 2-year free replacement warranty.

 

SafeMax 30-Day Exchange Guarantee

  • If you have an unopened box, wrong order, abandoned product or a problem caused by us, you can return the product you purchased within 30 days.
  • Special order products are not included in this scope.
  • It is valid for ready-to-install set products with heat power up to 5kw.
  • Warranty Coverage: It is valid for Homemax, Spamax, SnowMax, RoofMax, GreenMax, PipeMax product categories.

  • Scope of Warranty: In addition to the extended warranties offered by Isıx for its manufacturing products, it is to guarantee our customers the trouble-free, uninterrupted and full performance operation of the heating systems during and after installation.

 

DEFINITIONS

Special Order: If our products, which are kept in stock ready for assembly, are rearranged in line with the wishes of our customers, their dimensions are changed or they are remanufactured according to the dimensions sent to Heating, they are considered as special orders. Special order products; Although your consumer rights continue, they are not covered by the “SafeMax 30-Day Exchange Guarantee”.

Promax: Heatingx firm; are the real and legal persons or institutions authorized to provide sales, assembly and service services.

Consumer Rights: Our customer is a “Consumer” in sales made through the website of Heatingx company or e-commerce sites (trendyol, Hepsiburada, etc.). Heatingx firm guarantees that the manufactured products subject to sale are free of defects in terms of materials and workmanship, as a manufacturer. If the consumer; It has the right to notify the company in writing that the manufactured product subject to sale is defective, that it wants to change it or that a refund is made, and to the Consumer Arbitration Committee in cases where it does not get any results. Customer satisfaction and your legal rights are more important than our commercial concerns. We would like to remind you that your rights are always safe within the legal regulations and principles of equity.

Technical Service: The technical support team assigned by Heatingx’s head office in Istanbul.

Repair: The service provided by the technical service free of charge under warranty for defective portable products, paid out of warranty. Service provided by the Promax dealer at the customer’s address for immovable products.

Exchange: Free product exchange service under warranty for products and equipment that cannot be repaired by the technical service or ProMax, paid out of warranty.
