TECHNOLOGY

The main element of self-regulating TSS cables is a thermally conductive matrix. Its production is based on the extrusion method and consistent homogeneous cooling process. Thanks to this technology, the self-regulating matrix achieves the same resistance and the same power over the entire length. As a result of post-treatment with radiation crosslinking, the self-adjusting matrix achieves thermal stability and gains greater resistance to cyclic loads allowing the cable to maintain its heating power over its entire lifetime.
